1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the website at https://vvmdigital.com (the "Site"), operated by VVM Digital Solutions EOOD ("we", "us"). By browsing, reading, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Service engagements between us and our clients are governed by a separate written service order or statement of work. These Terms apply to your use of the Site itself, unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

3. Website use

Permitted use: You may browse the Site, read its content, and contact us through the channels we publish.

Prohibited use: You may not:

• scrape or crawl the Site using automated tools beyond standard search-engine indexing
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Site
• use the Site in any way that would disrupt its availability or the experience of other visitors
• upload, or attempt to upload, malicious content through any contact channel
• use the Site in a way that breaches Bulgarian or European Union law

We may restrict or block access to the Site at our discretion if we identify abuse.

4. Services

Descriptions of our services on the Site are provided for information. They do not constitute a binding offer.

When we enter into a service engagement with a client, the scope, pricing, delivery schedule, and obligations are governed by a separate written service order or statement of work ("SOW"). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an SOW, the SOW prevails for the subject matter it covers.

Payment terms for service engagements are set in each SOW. Unless the SOW specifies otherwise, the default is: invoiced per engagement, payable net 14 days from the invoice date.

5. Intellectual property

The Site content (text, images, logos, code) is owned by VVM Digital Solutions EOOD, except where third-party credits are explicitly noted. You may quote or reference the content for non-commercial purposes with clear attribution, but you may not reproduce substantial portions of the Site without our written permission.

Intellectual property produced under a client engagement is governed by the relevant SOW. Default position: deliverables produced for the client become the client's property on full payment; tools, templates, and generic components that we bring with us remain ours.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the Site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, continuously available, or free of malware. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose regarding the Site.

Descriptions of our services on the Site are indicative. Any commitment we make about scope, cost, or timing is only binding once set out in a signed service order or statement of work.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Bulgarian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

Our total liability in connection with the Site is limited to the greater of (a) EUR 100 or (b) any amount we have received from you directly in connection with the Site in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that we cannot limit under Bulgarian law — including liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we update the Last updated date at the top of the page. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Material changes that affect how we handle personal data are additionally announced in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

10. Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved by the Bulgarian courts of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from relying on rights they have under mandatory consumer-protection law in their country of residence.
